K and C Design has provided comprehensive land planning and award winning landscape design services for estate, residential, and commercial clients for over 20 years. The firms' principals, Ken Cohen and Chris Bianciella, view landscape architecture and design as a process where the owner, landscape architect and design team come together to build a collective, custom and in the end more enduring outdoor living space. By blending the unique character of a site with our client's tastes, practical needs and budget, K and C Design creates unique, timeless and environmentally sensitive designs that foster a natural flow connecting indoor and outdoor living areas.
